Frankie Raye (Nova): I heard she was brought back in a mini or something but what was the circumstances behind her return and has she appeared since?
Android Torch and Toro: I know both were brought back but how and what is their current status?

This isn't DC Comics -- Marvel continuity doesn't die out if you don't water it often enough. The whole Batman idea is a very childish response to childhood trauma. |

Toro was wished back into existence during the Invaders vs Avengers mini-series. Bucky had the Cosmic Cube and just wished him back into existence, but making sure to make it happen later in Toro's life. Toro tries to get revenge on the Mad Thinker for killing him, he gets captured and the Mad THinker uses him to reconstruct and resurrect the Human Torch.
I'm not sure if Nova is the original Frankie Raye, or a clone. |

No. We are referring to the Android Human Torch (Jim Hammond) that was created previous to the Fantastic Four.
