1.) why doesnt magneto just make wolverines claws blunt so he cant do any damage?

2.)According to the origins movie Wolverine loses his memory when he is shot in the head with an adamantium bullet, why didnt he lose his memory before when it was just bone?
 
3.)also in the origins movie if deadpool's mouth was sewn shut why is he called Merc WITH a mouth?

well its a bit of both really but i havent read the origins comics yet they are on order as i speak so i only felt safe referencing what i HAVE seen and am inquiring on if that plothole is throughout the entire series or just the movie and as for deadpool that just pissed me off Xp

well since the movie has absolutely nothing to do with the comic book versions of the characters I would say you either put this in the wrong section or used the wrong evidence.

If you want to know about Wolverine in the comics FACTUAL QUESTIONS BASED ON BACK ISSUES would be your forum

If its the movie Wolverine you are curious about then Multimedia: Mojovision TV/MOVIES would be a good place to start.

Just a suggestion.

In the movies we never have a true understanding of how much control Magneto would have over Wolverine's metal.  Yes, he can move/stop Wolverine, but it is never implied he can reshape the metal as he would other metals.  The closest is when he is able to bend Wolverine's claws sideways in the first movie causing Wolverine pain, but even this is more moving that reshaping.  The brass tacks of whether he can or not is never discussed.

This is total movie logic.  After all, an adamantium bullet shouldn't be able to pierce adamantium bone.  The fact that it *is* adamantium makes it the plot device they needed to wipe his memory, like a silver bullet hurting werewolves.

3.)also in the origins movie if deadpool's mouth was sewn shut why is he called Merc WITH a mouth?
I took this to mock the fact that he never shut up before hand and now he could not speak.  The way you call a giant person "tiny".

I don't remember Deadpool being called "the merc with a mouth" during the movie. That's his comic book nickname. They sewed his mouth up in the movie because they couldn't be bothered writing any zingers for him & they figured they might as well piss off his fans some more while they were at it.

I thought it was for Irony.  Wade was described as being extremely talkative before his transformation.  And if you watch the post credits, his mouth returns to normal after he gets the ccrap beaten out of him.
