I haven't had a chance to read the Archer book but I'm prepared to offer my snarky insight about Dorian Gray and We the Living.
I'd enjoy participating in a conversation about either book. I went ahead and read We the Living last November, but I could also use an excuse to take another trip through Dorian Gray. We the Living is somewhat topical since it was allegedly on Jared Lee Loughner's nonsensical list of favorite books.

For those interested in Dorian Gray, I just noticed this.

Apparently Picture of Dorian Gray was censored in its book form due to fears of backlash against the homosexual elements and for the first time the original manuscript has been published, and with annotations.
