I guess since me and JanO are two of the oldest x-fans here, That makes him Professor X and me as Banshee or the Juggernaut. We could be brothers, we were born on the same day.

Wow.. I realised via this thread that Im generally too sedated and washed out to feature prominantly in these 'feel vibes' you all have.. Im like the Psyloke or Iceman of UXN.net..
Gonna have to start doing something more note worthy..
Can I pencil anyone in for a 2 page long idealogical/issue fight next friday?!

Can I be the guy on the street corner during urban brawls that remarks they must be making a new Star Wars movie? I LOL (out loud!!!) everytime I see Claremont deploy that joke. Much like freshly baked bread or mayflies, it never gets old, stale, or dies.
EVER.
Much like this fearless, peerless commentator of Lucasfilm conspiracy theories, I too grate on everyone and beat suppositions into other people's heads long after they've decided what I had to say was boring.

I thought I was going to get pegged with either Bishop or Cable for running people over with my opinions like a bad choo-choo train.

This one just hit me: arsenaloaded as Apocalypse. Because he (she? it? they?) pops up at random intervals, creates conflict and drama, then submerges again, leaving a bunch of discussion in his/her/their/its wake.

Nah, I would say you're more like Wolverine, only criminally underexposed.

Finally just saw this thread...
I'm liking Savant as Jean...she's smart, classy, and probably could take anyone down with just a look.
I think six is Monet for sure.
I think BC is like Nightcrawler...adorable, friendly, and can see the light in anything.

Having re-read this thread, it still makes me smile. And I still think I'm right about everything ever.

Yeah, asclose had his moments. So did desjardin. I also wish Strong Guy posted more often.
In all fairness BC, I can see you as Cannonball or maybe Darwin.
EDIT: Another old poster, Gibbering should be Longshot. Just a gut feeling. |
Yeah gibbering is def longshot...and Strong guy is another real positive guy so I'd say Strong Guy lol
Mel Taco is Angel... |
Aww thanks guys
I equate Mackes with Thanos, Cassandra Nova or Galactus - those with the highest kill counts in the Marvel Universe .
What about the "Biggies" Monolith and Peter Luzifer?
Monolith I see as Dr Nemesis; utterly confident in himself and his knowledge, with a very dry sense of humour.
Peter's a tougher one.

I completely forgot this thread and the many opportunities I once had to make sweeping and hilarious generalizations about each one of you.
I like the Deadpool idea for me, except that, you know, it's kind of hard to break the fourth wall when there isn't a fourth wall because you're all real people and all... unless some of you are bots, in which case, I guess I could start telling the forum lurkers to HELP me or something.
I kinda pictured myself as a 90s-cartoon era Mojo, where he was a crazy lunatic fatass instead of the predatory fatass from the comics. I imagine I can do at least 1, perhaps 1 1/2 more sit ups than him though.
BC, while not an X-Character, is totally the Falcon. See, because he's the token black guy who didn't want to be the "token black guy" but was forced on us by the powers that be as the "token black guy" but ended up proving that he's so much more awesome than just a "token black guy" and becoming one of the family and successfully shedding the "token black guy" label.
I would have went with Emma Frost for Savant, because she's usually so refined and stuff with her snarky comebacks.
Peter Luzifer, I would actually peg as Beast, but really only because he's way better at puzzles than me and occasionally quotes some kind of high literature that's way over my head but isn't a total a-hole about it.
Monolith=Dark Beast, for the same reasons except he's kind of an a-hole about it.

Archangel - I like your reasoning here..
However, for Peter, I'm still gonna stick with Magneto - he's totally the intimidating leader, whom people respect and are a little bit scared of...(or is that just me )
And Monolith I would go with Gamesmaster, as he's completely Omnicient and Everywhere...and yet we know so little about him...

Hmm... I would have gone with Xtreme Xmen era Sage...

Whoo, fun.
Rogue is my life-long, all time favorite, so of course I'd love to be her. I am Rogue's emo side, and maybe even her temperamental side, but she's both tougher than I, more flirtatious than I, and she's growing into a much better teacher than me!
Maybe I'm Marrow, with my generally pessimistic outlook on life, though hopefully I think more than she does before I kill someone. *cough*
