I saw this over on Comicbookresources and I thought it might be fun.

Okay here are the rules.

  1. A Long Standing X-Man
  2. A Telepath
  3. A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed)
  4. An current X-Men Student
  5. A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. A International Mutant
  7. A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want)

Don't get hung up on current continuity! If you want to do an alternate X-Men team or one based from in the future go ahead it will be more fun.

I'm going to do a future team.
Say two hundred years in the future

  1. Iceman
  2. Rachel Summers(timelost again)
  3. Magneto(Physical body dead)
  4. Rockslide
  5. Moonstar(Valkyrie)
  6. Darkstar (Living darkforce)
  7. Deadpool

Cool!!! Last time I played this, I ended up writing a fan-fic about it! Okay, here goes:

  1. A Long Standing X-Man
  2. A Telepath
  3. A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed)
  4. An current X-Men Student
  5. A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. A International Mutant
  7. A Wildcard

1. Jean Grey: I guess she's long overdue for a return, and I'd like to see her seperate from hubbie's bullsh*t and get back to developing the next generation, as head-mistress of the school. I'd have her depowered in a BIG way, returning to low-levels of telepathy she enjoyed early in her carreer.

2. Well, I allready have my telepath, right? But okay... I think Hope Summers would fit this bill. She's going to be Phoenix-y anyway, so bring that on.

3. Get me Romulus! I think there's loads of potential in an evil, control-freak that has fallen ver far indeed. He'sd be a cross between Wolverine & Sabretooth, but mostly like Eric from True Blood.

4. There's loads of potential in soooo many new X-Men, but I would really like to take a shot at Mercury, playing her angsty but still resolved to make it.

5. I'd say Leech. He's probably grown up now, ugly as hell, and has the power to cancel all other powers, leveling any playing field. That should make an interesting mindset!

6. Megan Gwynn. She's one of the best new characters in years, that just gets lost in the shuffle's right now.

7. Avalanche. He's a virtual tabula rasa, who has been a failure all his life. I'd like to take him the route of Taskmaster/Constrictor, have him finally decide to try and make something of himself! He'd still be none too bright, a little insecure masking it with bravado and decidely blue-collar in his aims.

As a premise, Jean would organise all this somehow to reopen the school, try educating mutants once more. She'd just approach most of them and ask them, Romulus would join up in the first storyline, being rescued from Coaks shadows having spent a hundred years there while only months passed here. Avalanche would ASK to join, and of course the supporting characters would be ten's of  "lights".

NIce exercise.....
"Professor Xavier is a Jerk!" - Kitty
"I'm Dark! I'm Goth as Hell!" - Pixie
"Kurt who?" - Hope
"MONOLITH WAS RIGHT!!!!"
"Meet the New Boss, Same as the old Boss" - Pete Townsend

1. Archangel
2. Cable
3. Sunfire
4. Hope
5. Chamber
6. Wolverine (He's Canadian...)
7. Gambit

This is my "let's all get together and kick Apocalypse's ass" team. Cable is of course the team leader.

A Long Standing X-Man -- Storm
A Telepath -- Psylocke
A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed) -- Juggernaut
A current X-Men Student -- ANOLE!!!!
A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X -- Monet
A International Mutant -- Nightcrawler
A Wildcard (Wildcard can literally be anyone you want) -- Iceman

So, Storm as leader (obvs). There are no real powerhouses on the team so she'd have to be clever with team tactics on missions.

Iceman, Nightcrawler, and Psylocke are the veterans and Storm can depend on them for anything. She would be closest to Kurt and Betsy (they'd both function as her second in command) and really allow Iceman to flourish and become the hardcore person we know that he is.

Juggernaut would be back to his "Sammy Pare" days and his new Sammy would be ANOLE!!! They'd be bffs, Juggernaut would really mentor the kid and Anole would find that he could really trust Juggs, that he really is someone that has Victor's best interests at heart. Storm would begin to appreciate Cain and, of course, Kurt would support him because of the time they spent together on a team.

Anole would get some great mentorship from Nightcrawler as well (some similar abilities and both have the unconventional look going for them)... and Storm would really push Victor to strengthen the use of all of his abilities.

Monet would be the comic relief/snarky teammate. Not really close to anyone on the team at the outset but I can see her and Psylocke becoming friends eventually. Both are telepaths so that would strengthen the team. Both fancy themselves as pretty badass (Psylocke is a stealthy fighter and Monet is more of a Rogue-type brawler but they can both kick butt). And Monet is the only flyer on the team. Maybe she would even get a little flirty-flirty with Bobby.

Setting? I don't know... I feel like its all been done before, haha (don't want to send them to space, don't want to send them back to Westchester, don't think this the team that Storm uses to oppose Cyclops' direction). Hmm, I can see them as a team of mutant enforcers... maybe a proactive Avengers-type public facing team that handles threats all over. So, while Cyclops focuses on running Utopia and providing safety for everyone there, this team is out and about making sure things are OK?

  1. A Long Standing X-Man:  Colossus
  2. A Telepath:  Psylocke
  3. A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed):  Deathstrike
  4. An current X-Men Student:  Indra
  5. A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X:  Tempo(who always had heroic leanings)
  6. A International Mutant: Gargouille
  7. A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want): Random

What?  Except Deathstrike, they've all reformed in one way or another.

Haha chrisss we had similar picks.

A Long Standing X-Man -- Archangel
A Telepath -- Psylocke
A Villain (Does not have to be currently reformed) -- Juggernaut
A current X-Men Student -- Surge
A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X -- Sunspot
A International Mutant -- Nightcrawler
A Wildcard (Wildcard can literally be anyone you want) -- Banshee (Theresa)

Kurt and Warren take up co-leadership roles again and become proactive superheroes with this team.

They both have been on a team with Cain and give him the benefit of the doubt (especially since Nocturne always spoke so highly of him). I can see him really stepping into his own and even becoming friends with Kurt and Warren.

Betsy is here because both men trust her, she is a skilled fighter (besides the whole mental power thing) and can pull stealth missions with Kurt.

Sunspot is here to be the comic relief and I think he needs some time to flourish with the big dogs.  Yea he's an X-Man now but you only really ever see him with the New Mutants.

Surge fills out the need for speed.  She also has had some bad luck as a leader and has a bad attitude, and that's something that Kurt would feel needs to be addressed.  She is picked to be on the team so that she can be around the vets, see how a well oiled machine works, and what it means to be a hero.

Banshee (Terry) comes to the X-Men because she honestly doesn't feel like dealing with Madrox and the gang anymore.  She's honoring her father taking his name and wearing a similar costume to his classic look.

I love these things:
1.     A Long Standing X-Man - Nightcrawler
2.     A Telepath - Tangerine (who the heck is Tangerine?)
3.     A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed) - Mimic
4.     An current X-Men Student - Hellion
5.     A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X - Chamber
6.     A International Mutant - Gentle
7.     A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want) - Blink

You can probably tell I have more than one telepath, more than one Gen Xer, more than one student, more than one villain, and more than one international. Probably because there have been plenty of iterations of the main X-Men plus one or two newbies. I went in a different direction.

A Nightcrawler led team means that this isn't going to be some kind of kill squad like X-Force, but it will be a team that focuses on missions requiring stealth and a small battle footprint. As the knot that ties the whole team together, he's had direct experience working with Mimic, as he was a short term member of Excalibur, Hellion and Gentle because of their time in Utopia, and is indirectly linked to Tangerine and Chamber through Pete Wisdom. Also, this is a team that understands the importance of redundancy. If you only have one teleporter, you're without that skill if that team member is out of commision. Same for telepathy or muscle or fighting skills.

If nobody knows who Tangerine is, she’s a Marvel UK character featured as part of the DofP timeline during Excalibur’s Crosstime Caper. At the end of MI-13, she was established as being active in the present and part of RCX. She’s a powerful telepath and empath with the skills of psychometry, dream viewing, and radial danger sense. She’s mostly a passive telepath, but that makes her invaluable on stealth missions for her early warning capabilities.

Hellion is one of my favorite characters to come out of the current crop of students. A high level telekinetic, he’d give the team some much needed muscle as well as serve a variety of useful functions. He’s also a blaster, and he’s a flier.

Chamber would be the team’s secondary telepath. He can’t read minds, but he can share thoughts across distances, acting as the team’s walkie talkie if Tangerine was busy or unavailable. I’m not really sure what his Apocalypse powers are, but if they’re anything like his mutant ones, he’d be a useful blaster as well.

Blink would be the team’s primary transport. She’s also very deadly in combat, and even if she wasn’t killing, her ability to easily remove enemies from the playing field would make her extremely useful. Kinda hard to radio for backup if you’re ported to Indonesia. Being a gate-style teleporter also means that her range is much wider than, say, Nightcrawler. In fact, it’s been shown she can teleport all the way to the moon in a single jump.

Mimic permanently possesses a wide array of powers, as we all know, which makes him extremely versatile in the field. And, in a pinch, he can mimic his teammates as well. Need another teleporter? Calvin’s your man. Need innate knowledge possessed by an enemy? Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. His mutant status is arguable, but he’s close enough. And his time in Dark X-Men seems to have helped his skills as a team player, as well.

Gentle is the team’s muscle. With all Vibranium now inert, Nezhno would be in a bad place. In fact, a good first or second arc could deal with his powers and finding a way to control them. Out of all the strong people I thought of, Gentle has had very little exposure, but his ties to New X-Men and Wakanda give the team lots of storyline potential. And besides, I needed a little racial variety. Depending on whether or not you believe Hellion is half asian, Nezhno is the only non-white person on the team. Unless Clarice is really a black girl under there or something. I don’t know.

  1. KITTY PRYDE - A Long Standing X-Man
  2. RACHEL SUMMERS - A Telepath
  3. TEMPO - A Villain
  4. ANOLE - An current X-Men Student
  5. SYNCH - A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. COLOSSUS - An International Mutant
  7. MARROW - A Wildcard
When the former Morlocks who comprise X-Cell learn of Hope's existence and ability to reignite new mutants, they kidnap the girl to force her to restore their lost powers.  Efforts to locate Hope prove fruitless until the return of the Starjammers to Earth.  Rachel Summers proves to be the missing key in recovering young Hope.  Connected by the Phoenix Force, Rachel teams with Kitty Pryde, Colossus and Anole to mount a rescue attempt.  What they find is more than they bargained for.  The Dark Beast has acquired Hope through a deal made with Masque and they are using her to restore the powers of hundreds of depowered Morlocks... but there's a price in exploiting the Phoenix Force on such a broad scale and through his devices Dark Beast has the power to shut off Hope's transmissions, depowering the Morlocks at his leisure.

When Kitty's team arrives in the Morlock Tunnels, they are surprised to be greeted by Marrow.  Realizing that her people are not truly free under the Dark Beast's influence, she offers to guide the X-Men to Hope.  But Hope is not the only pawn in McCoy's grasp.  Always one to have a contingency plan, he is also studying the recently resurrected mutant Synch to determine how Selene's spell managed to repower the dead.  Kitty and her team join with Marrow and a handful of Morlocks who are loyal to her (including Callisto) to rescue Hope and thwart the Dark Beast's plans.  In an attempt to stop them, McCoy uses the brainwashed Synch --- forcing him to duplicate Hope's powers to defeat them.  The proximity of Rachel and Hope in conjunction with Everett's synching power creates a feedback loop that affects all three.  The resulting power explosion permanently repowers all those within their immediate range, including Marrow and Callisto.  The Phoenix Force burns through Dark Beast's mind control and solidifies Synch's tentative foothold in the land of the living.  Hope is left weakened and Rachel's connection to the Phoenix Force is renewed, though it is now shared with Hope.

The Dark Beast escapes, leaving behind his research, his remaining mutant test subjects... and numerous mysteries.  His records reveal that he has been purchasing mutants through the black market to continue his research.  He has already burned out several of them testing his theories.  The sole survivor is Tempo, whose powers have been radically altered... allowing her to warp through time and space and perceive temporal realities in new ways.  She has seen the future that the Dark Beast's efforts will create if he isn't stopped... a horrific blend of Rachel's future and his own.  This ragtag group of mutants join together to track down the Dark Beast and stop him from creating a dark future for all of humanity.

  1. A Long Standing X-Man - Iceman
  2. A Telepath - Karma (though technically not a full-fledged telepath)
  3. A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed) - Exodus
  4. An current X-Men Student - Bling!
  5. A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X - Jubilee
  6. A International Mutant - Sabra
  7. A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want) - Northstar
I choose Karma as my telepath because I didn't want too many uber telepaths. I knew I wanted Exodus as my villain, so yeah. Bling! has an interesting power and backed by some of the other team members, could be quite dangerous. Sabra could be the heavy hitter (literally) and she has experience working with Iceman and in international affairs. Jubilee..well, she's my favorite of all the New Mutants, Gen X, etc.

Unless Clarice is really a black girl under there or something. I don’t know.
She's a descendant of Apocalypse so she has at least a little middle eastern blood.  Some of her near ancestors were British, but the others are unknown.

Hmm... I should explain my choices:
  1. A Long Standing X-Man:  Colossus  (seems obvious, he also fits 3(reformed) and 6)
  2. A Telepath:  Psylocke (not that many and she has the coolest powers)
  3. A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed):  Deathstrike  (She's worked with the Xmen before, to serve herself. True it was because she wanted the Xmen to help her mount Bastion's head on a platter, but she DID act as part of the team.)
  4. An current X-Men Student:  Indra (Interesting character concept, also fits 6)
  5. A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X:  Tempo(Heather quit the MLF because they were too evil for her liking, then joined the Acolytes later.  could also fit in 3)
  6. A International Mutant: Gargouille (fits in 3, but she's one of the Acolytes with interesting abilities that rarely get to do much.)
  7. A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want): Random  (Another guy who tried to do something good with his life but ended up as a supervillain at one point)

LMAO

@Binaryan... I wanted to use Synch too (as he was my favorite) but I needed more women on my team and M is my second favorite Gen X'er. But I still feel kind of like I betrayed Everett.

  1. Shadowcat. She's smart, she's skilled, she has a history around the world, and would probably be my team leader too. Plus, after so long being out of the spotlight, I would actually like some focus on her (other than being a ghost).
  2. Exodus. Power, class, and attitude out the wazoo. He's also lost and adrift in the world, so I think working with the X-Men would give him some focus.
  3. Blob. Because I love the Blob.
  4. Graymalkin. Y'know, for some reason, I liked this guy. I think there's some untapped potential there in terms of his powerset, plus, I like the fact that lack of power during the day makes him a bit of an underdog.
  5. Skids. I've always liked that she's kinda bitter towards the super-life and would love to play with that. She's the one person who doesn't want to be there at all.
  6. Sunfire. Love his new look.
  7. Blizzard. Cuz I like ice characters and I don't wanna put Iceman on every "dream" time I make.
And just for fun, a Wolverine themed team (it's really the first thing that came to mind).
  1. Wolverine.
  2. Wild Child. Logan's daughter from the MC2verse with psionic claws. That's kinda telepathy.
  3. Sabretooth. Cuz he's basically evil-Wolverine.
  4. X-23. Little Miss Logan.
  5. Synch with Wolverine powers. He's black. He's pissed. And he's got claws.
  6. French Wolverine. Because I think it'd be funny. Can't speak English at all.
  7. Armless Wolverine. Cuz I think it'd be funny to see Logan beat people down with his face.

Ooh, this sounds fun!

1. Rogue
2. Psylocke
3. Mr. Sinister
4. Anole
5. X-23
6. Colossus
7. Gambit

This team is ridiculous. So...many...favorite...characters...head...exploding...

Rogue is my long-standing X-Man because I have always really enjoyed her. I love her powers, her vulnerability, and her depth.

Psylocke as my telepath because she isn't merely a Jean Grey or Emma Frost character--she'll kick your ass in melee combat too.

Mr. Sinister. Enough said.

Anole as the current student. For some reason, I've always liked this guy. I feel if I were a mutant, I would be close to him and his personality. Lot's of potential here.

X-23. I love what they've done with her. It's nice to know how much of an impact fans have.

Colossus as foreign mutant. Colossus is simply awesome and an asset to every team.

Gambit as my wildcard, well, because he simply IS. Gambit is probably my favorite Marvel character (as you might have been able to tell) and I love everything about him.

Also, Binaryan, nice villain choice!

  1. A Long Standing X-Man
  2. A Telepath
  3. A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed)
  4. An current X-Men Student
  5. A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. A International Mutant
  7. A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want)
1. Cannonball
2. Moonstar
3. Juggernaut
4. Prodigy
5. Sunspot
6. Sunpyre
7. Nocturne

This team was chosen because it's one very similar to something I'll be debuting in my fan fiction work soon. To counter act the almost purely classic team that will be in one book, I created a team of those different and deserving of a promotion for Sam's team.

For Sam, while he hasn't been an X-Man for a long time I'd count him in long standing because he's been one much longer than any of his New Mutant compatriots dating back to the 90's, which is a good amount of time I'd say. As he's been there for many of the big moments on the team.

Moonstar and Sunspot both have reached the time that they should be promoted for a full X-Men team, not just living out the glory days with their best pals on the same team they were on when they first started getting acne and hormones.

One of the only good things that Austen did was to make Cain on the X-Men. He needs a good buddy to pal around  with and that would come from Nocturne, who in my version is the long lost sister of Nightcrawler (so minus her hex bolts, just the possession and agility and appearance). Prodigy is chosen cause I think his power is very interesting and is very different than the typical offensive power that most X-Men mutants tend to have.

Last but not least is Sunpyre, the little sister of good old Sunfire. Leyu is a character that really never got a good shot at any use and I would love to see her taking the spot on the X-Men her brother turned down so long ago.

1. BEAST. In current continuity, it would make sense, he's splintered from the main X-Team due to his differences in opinion with Scott, and I think that this could be a good way to redeem his character from being the whiney little bitch he currently is in the X-Books. Rather than just whining about it, he DOES something about it. He assembles his own team and goes out to show the world exactly what mutants are capable of in terms of superheroism.
2. MARTHA JOHANSSON-- Her two recent stories have been fun and I think it just shows that a person doesn't need a body to be a decent super-hero... although I DO think that the end of the first arc of this title would have Martha requesting Hank to put her in an LMD-- no special robot powers, just a functional body. The best of it is that she's a fairly blank slate, and would be interesting to see how she finds her feet as a team telepath-- is she going to be full-on assault psychic, like Psylocke? Or more subtle, like Emma?...
3. Shinobi Shaw-- returned to life after Necrosha, and horrified that the X-Men would keep his father captive for 'rehabilitation' (believing he's far past that), he ends up being accepted onto Hank's team, seeking redemption, his reasoning being that he was in Hell last time he died and has no desire to go there again. Hank's not overly happy about this rationale, but has to admit that he has a fairly useful power set.
4. Probably no surprise to anyone-- Surge. She's doubting her place on Utopia, doubting her place as a leader amongst the students, and feels like maybe she'd have that validation in a smaller, more focused team, where she would actually have a chance to grow as a hero.
5. Husk. I'd want her here as a kind of conscientious objector to Scott's more militant stance. Restore the idealism that made her such a compelling character in Generation X and have her actually do something rather than being a bit-player. I'd also like to see her taking more of an active role in a science/research/data collecting role, since that's how she was being built up in Gen X.
6. Banshee. Another survivor from Necrosha, a side effect being that his powers are fully restored and his wound from Mystique has healed entirely. While he could easily lead the team with his history, he just as easily fits into the role as a father-figure, especially to Husk and Surge, and potentially even Martha too. I imagine him to be Shinobi's harshest critic (after all, he DID partake in a competition to kill the New Mutants/ X-Force, which, at the time, included Terry). In a relatively green team, he'd be the veteran.
7. Colossus-- Kitty's a bitch and needed 'space' after being trapped in a bullet. He joined Hank's team as a means to get away from her. I think he'd end up hooking up with Rachel.

Hmmm.... this is so much fun, I think I'll take another stab at it... with a twist!  This time I'm going to assemble an East Coast team that breaks off from Cyclops' SF regime to re-establish the Xavier Institute and offer an alternative to his more militaristic approach.
  1. Beast - A Long Standing X-Man
  2. Xavier - A Telepath
  3. Amelia Voght - A Villian
  4. X-23 - A current X-Men Student
  5. Karma - A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. Magneto - An International Mutant
  7. Banshee - A Wildcard
The world still needs Xavier's Dream and Charles realizes that Scott's current approach is driving a wedge between humanity and mutantkind.  His dream was about equality and integration, something Scott's isolationist and militaristic tactics have irrevocably damaged.  As growing dissent is voiced on Utopia, Xavier realizes that many of the mutants there are anxious for an alternative to conscription into Cyclops' mutant militia.  He decides that mutants still need a safe haven and a place to learn and grow.  So he decides to once again become a professor and reopen the Xavier Institute.

Feeling as if he has failed with Scott, he realizes he needs a fresh approach... and a fresh start.  So he reaches out to those who can help him run the school (Karma, Banshee, Beast) and to Magneto, who he knows will help him develop a more balanced approach.  When he first found his school and brought Scott Summers home, it cost him the love of Amelia Voght.  Without her, his dream became all-consuming and its worth was greatly diminished without her by his side.  He invites her to join him and asks for a chance to make amends.  Creating a safe haven for mutants that doesn't involve constant fighting appeals to Voght, so she agrees to join his efforts on a trial basis.

Hearing that Chuck is reopening the school, Wolverine insists that he take X-23 with him.  He doesn't want Laura to be used again and knows that Xavier will do his best to offer the chance at a normal life.

The group invites all who want an alternative to Utopia a place at the school.  Several of the X-Students decide to join Xavier, including Dust.

The book will focus on the student body and the senior team's efforts to contact mutants who went into hiding rather than seek exile in Utopia.  Banshee, whose recent resurrection has rattled him considerably, also knows that there are others who Selene brought back who are in bad shape.  As field leader of Xavier's outreach team (Beast, Voght, X-23, Dust, Karma and Magneto), he will make finding and helping these mutants a priority.

A Long Standing X-Man - Kitty
A Telepath - Emma
A Villian (Does not have to be currently reformed) - Blink
A current X-Men Student - X-23
A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X - Boom Boom
A International Mutant - Storm
A Wildcard(Wildcard can literally be anyone you want) - Dazzler

Yeah, I chose all women - And? I just think there are a lot of great female characters in the X-Verse and hope that at least a mini-series that isn't all catty/sexploitation/lame can be made out of this team. It was a tough call for Jean or Emma, but I chose Emma b/c I like how she plays off of Kitty & Storm. Blink, Boom Boom & Dazzler if utitlized properly can be not only good characters, but also powerhouses in their respective mutant abilities. And X-23 is growing on me and she's just a kick-ass type of girl, and sometimes you just need that, w/o the witty commentary like Kitty :)

I love your Femme Fatale team, QD! But Storm isn't international, she was born in NYC.

Well, I'd guess that Ororo had to give up any US citizenship status when she become the queen of Wakanda....

To totally rip QD's idea off and take it one step further behold - the X-MEN

  1. Nightcrawler - A Long Standing X-Man
  2. Xavier - A Telepath
  3. Mimic - A Villian (also doubles as a spare telepath)
  4. Gentle - A current X-Men Student
  5. Cypher - A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. Chamber - An International Mutant
  7. Namor - A Wildcard

And meet - The X-Women!

  1. Rogue - A Long Standing X-Man
  2. Rachel Grey - A Telepath
  3. Lady Mastermind - A Villian
  4. Mercury - A current X-Men Student
  5. Husk- A New Mutant/X-Force/X-Terminators/Generation X
  6. Sabra - An International Mutant
  7. Domino - A Wildcard

Realising there's too many fraternising amongst the X-men on Utopia and not enough militant action, Cyclops has split the island down the middle. Women on one side, men on the other.  He's also split the X-Teams by sex too

Set in current continuity. Based on the idea of a squad to go out in the world and be all "Heroic Age" involved.

  1. Iceman
  2. Xavier
  3. Toad
  4. Surge
  5. Husk
  6. Sunfire
  7. Black Cat
Alex I do everything like a hawk.
This isn't DC Comics -- Marvel continuity doesn't die out if you don't water it often enough.
The whole Batman idea is a very childish response to childhood trauma.

JanO's team is by and far they most "random"...I'd buy that book just to see how it works...

Binaryan as always comes up with great ideas...conflicting with my own LOL but always great...

I hate everything UncannyScott does so there :p

It was a tough call as I wanted Storm & Kitty - and even though Storm was born in the US, she grew up in and now rules a country in Africa. I consider a friend of mine who though she's technically American, has been entirely raised in Italy until College, to be International.

And I like Gibb's Men & Women teams. I too wanted Lady Mastermind, but figured with Emma she'd be a tad redundant & I wanted Blink as transporation.
