Hi, sorry is this has been asked before but can anyone give me a list of mutants in the MU who are not associated with the Xmen whether it's by being on one of their many mnay teams or being a villain to them.
So far I can think of....

Firestar
Darkstar was a member of the X-Corps in Paris and was killed when she was infected by one of the weapons from the World. Fantomex shot her.

Sabra joined the X-Corporation after Darkstar died, and was also part of Xavier's Mutant Underground. Nekra's living in and around Utopia these days.

Firestar was on the Hellions, a villain team opposing the X-Men.
Likewise, Scarlet Witch was a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Well, Asp might be. But the others aren't. Shamrock isn't a mutant either -- her powers come from a mystical connection to disembodied Irish souls. Father Garnoff, Iron Curtain, and Siberian Tiger (along with Mentac and Concussion) were first introduced as allies of X-Factor in X-Factor Annual #1.

Does Franklin Richards count? I know he made some guest spots in Generation X but that doesn't constitute membership, right?

Cheers for the help guys. To be honest I personally don't classify Darkstar, Sabre and Nekra within the X-sphere. They have weak links to the Xmen and until they officially join an x-team or at least become considered x-allies then they will always be non-xmen mutants.

As said above, Darkstar and Sabra were official members of an X-team.

Typhoid Mary is a mutant but apparently The Profile is not. I don't remember where I read that he isn't but I did see that somewhere from an official source so I guess he isn't now.

What about Death Reaper? Being the daughter(supposedly) of a mutant(Nekra) doesn't automatically make her one, but the odds of her having powers that aren't mutant are ridiculously low(assuming she really is Nekra's daughter).

@Charles--Like I say I don't remember but if it was that interview then he could still be a mutant. Marvel.com profile says that his power appears to be psionic in nature which screams mutant to me too, although his powers don't sound like much more than being very observant. If it turns out that he is a mutant that's great. I love muties!
@marhawkman--There are a ton of these offspring characters coming out of the woodwork lately and I say they should all or mostly be mutants. Marvel is full of characters that only fit the discription of being a mutant but for some reason they just say they aren't (Taskmaster) or say they are then they aren't (Taskmaster,Cloak and Dagger), or never say one way or the other but I think that they are or should be because I love muties(Powderkeg)!

Anything establishing Wiccan or Speed (of Young Avengers) as mutants? I know that somehow Wiccan's first meeting with Wanda was the catalyst of his powers, but other mutants (Polaris, for example) needed a little push.

Until Children's Crusade establishes whether they truly are or are not Wanda's kids, the official explanation for their powers will have to wait.

Yeah, that's what Hurwitz says in his interview which is grossly incorrect. Hudston hinted early on that The Profile is a mutant. Plus the type of information he was shown to collect by looking at the subject goes way beyond superior inductive reasoning. The clincher would be the scene early in the Hudston reboot where the Profile wasn't able to get a "read" off of Marc Spector while dressed as Moonknight. If his ability wasn't mutant power related, it wouldn't really matter.

Yeah you're right they do place the supernatural limitation on his powers. I have those issues of Moonknight but I haven't re-read them so maybe that's a good idea.
