Powers and Abilities:
Kymellian acceleration-power allows her to direct rainbow colored energy to propell herself through the air at high speeds or instantly accelerate past the speed of light to enter Elsewhere in order to teleport over vast distances, summon and displace her costume at will, enhanced healing powers which can be amplified even further by working with her siblings

Notes:
Julie Power began her career as Lightspeed in Power Pack (1st series) #1. She and her siblings later switched powers and she gained the density-power in #25, renaming herself Molecula, Mistress of Density in #27. She reassumed the acceleration-power in another power switch from #52, and took the name Lightspeed again in #56. Julie became Starstreak II in Power Park (2nd series) #1. Starstreak I was her sister, Katie.
